Before you order
Most items are made to order. Please allow the production and shipping time shown on the product page. If you need an item for a specific event, contact us before purchasing to discuss the deadline.
Order updates
Made-to-order items may still be in production during the first 30 days after ordering. Each item is checked before shipping; supply delays or a remake for quality reasons can extend the timeline.
When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email and/or text. For an order question, include your order number and the name used at checkout so we can help.
Custom orders
Tell us which product you are interested in, your quantity, personalization details and any event date. We can help you review the available options before you order.
